Latin America Service Support is pleased to invite you to our 2026 Technical Event – TECH POWER UP: TECHNICAL CONNECTION. This event will be held in Panama City, Panama from August 5-6, 2026 at the Canon Panama Training Facility (guests participating in the event should arrive at the hotel on August 4, 2026).
During this Event, dealers will have the opportunity to learn about the technical advantages and technologies of Canon products and solutions.
On the first day of the training we will focus on Software and Hardware Solutions for business. We will delve into current Uniflow and Therefore solutions versus their new improved versions, as well as review solutions currently used with Canon products such as MyQ. Then, we will focus on hardware applications for equipment such as imagePRESS and imageFORCE, reviewing technical aspects within the configurations and common field problems.
On the second day we will focus on Remote Services solutions, current offerings that can be used to expand and facilitate the service business, in addition to the future offering of such tools. Then we will focus on a complete demonstration of the Colorado M Series showing the capabilities and applications of this equipment for different markets, as well as different technical aspects such as maintenance and service operations.

The Weather in Panama (August)
- August is part of the rainy season, and the tropical climate is very changeable.
- Temperature and Humidity: We expect highs of 30°C with high humidity, which makes it feel even hotter.
- Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in Canon offices and vehicles will be set very cold. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket for indoor sessions.
- Rain: Heavy but brief afternoon showers are common. Official Event Schedule
DAY 1: Tuesday, August 4 – Arrival and Welcome
- Arrival: As you exit the airport, a Canon-branded shuttle will be waiting to take you directly to the hotel. (If you haven’t shared your itinerary yet, please do so as soon as possible.)
- Check-in: When you check in at the hotel, our team will formally welcome you and present you with your exclusive Welcome Kit. Take advantage of the afternoon and evening to rest!
DAY 2: Wednesday, August 5 – Networking and Strategy
- 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Breakfast.
- 8:00 AM: The bus departs promptly for the Canon offices.
- 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM: Technical sessions at the Canon offices.
- 3:45 PM: Return to the hotel to rest and freshen up.
- 6:30 PM: The bus will pick you up in the lobby to take us to our Official Dinner.
- Dress code for dinner: Semi-formal.
DAY 3: Thursday, August 6 – Panama Experience
- 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Breakfast.
- 7:45 AM: The bus will depart promptly for the Canon offices.
- Dress code for the day: T-shirt from the Welcome Kit, khaki pants, and comfortable shoes (sneakers).
- 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Technical sessions at the Canon offices.
- Special Afternoon: Once the office sessions are over, we’ll head straight to visit the majestic Panama Canal and take a tour of the historic Casco Antiguo (weather permitting).
- 6:30 PM: The bus will begin the return trip to the hotel. Note: If you’d like to stay out and enjoy the nightlife in Casco Antiguo or explore further on your own, you’re free to do so (return transportation to the hotel would be at your own expense).
DAY 4: Friday, August 7 – Return or Special Sessions
- 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Time available for breakfast.
- Airport Transfer: Pickup buses will begin operating from the hotel starting at 8:00 AM, coordinated according to each participant’s flight schedule.
- One-on-One Sessions: Friday, August 7, will be reserved exclusively for those who wish to or have scheduled individual, personalized sessions with the Canon service team. If you’re interested, please schedule your session before the event.
Quick Tips:
- Stay hydrated: Panama’s heat means you’ll need to drink water constantly, especially during the Day 3 tour.
- Be on time: The buses will depart exactly at the scheduled times to keep to the itinerary.
- Have your camera ready: Old Town and the Canal offer spectacular views; be prepared to capture the best moments!

Latin America Service Support se complace en invitarle a nuestro Evento Tecnico 2026 – TECH POWER UP: CONEXIÓN TECNICA. Este evento se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Panamá, Panamá del 5 al 6 de Agosto de 2026 en las instalaciones de capacitación de Canon Panamá (los invitados que participarán en el evento deberán llegar al hotel el día 4 de Agosto de 2026).
Durante este evento, los distribuidores tendrán la oportunidad de conocer las técnicamente ventajas y tecnologías de los productos y soluciones Canon.
El primer día del evento nos centraremos en Soluciones de Software y Hardware para negocios. Nos adentraremos soluciones Uniflow y Therefore actuales versus sus nuevas versiones mejoradas, al igual que repasar soluciones actualmente utilizadas con productos Canon como MyQ. Luego, nos centraremos en aplicativos de Hardware para equipos como imagePRESS e imageFORCE, repasando aspectos tecnicos dentro de las configuraciones y problemas comunes de campo.
El segundo día nos centraremos en soluciones de Servicios Remotos, ofrecimientos actuales que pueden ser utilizados para expandir y facilitar el negocio de servicio, aparte de la oferta a futuro de dichas herramientas. Luego nos enfocaremos en una demostración completa de la Colorado M Series mostrando las capacidades y aplicativos de dicho equipo para diferentes mercados, al igual que diferentes aspectos técnicos como mantenimientos y operaciones de servicio.

El Clima en Panamá (Agosto)
- Agosto es un mes de la temporada lluviosa y el clima tropical es muy dinámico.
- Temperatura y Humedad: Esperamos máximas de 30°C con alta humedad, lo que eleva la sensación térmica.
- Aire Acondicionado: En las oficinas de Canon y vehículos el aire estará muy frío. Te recomendamos traer un suéter o chaqueta ligera para las sesiones en interiores.
- Lluvia: Es común que tengamos lluvias fuertes pero cortas por las tardes.
DÍA 1: Martes, 4 de Agosto – Llegada y Bienvenida
- Arribo: Al salir del aeropuerto, un transporte identificado de Canon estará esperándote para llevarte directo al hotel. (Si no has compartido tu itinerario, hazlo pronto).
- Check-in: Al registrarte en el hotel, nuestro equipo te recibirá formalmente y te hará entrega de tu Welcome Kit exclusivo. ¡Aprovecha la tarde y noche para descansar!
DÍA 2: Miércoles, 5 de Agosto – Conexión y Estrategia
- 06:30 AM - 07:30 AM: Desayuno.
- 08:00 AM: Salida puntual del bus hacia las oficinas de Canon.
- 09:00 AM - 03:45 PM: Sesiones técnicas en las oficinas de Canon.
- 03:45 PM: Retorno al hotel para descansar y refrescarse.
- 06:30 PM: El bus te recogerá en el lobby para trasladarnos a nuestra Cena Oficial.
- Código de vestimenta para la cena: Semi-formal.
DÍA 3: Jueves, 6 de Agosto – Experiencia Panamá
- 06:30 AM - 07:30 AM: Desayuno.
- 07:45 AM: Salida puntual del bus hacia las oficinas de Canon.
- Código de vestimenta para el día: T-shirt del Welcome Kit, pantalón caqui y calzado cómodo (zapatillas/tenis).
- 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Sesiones técnicas en las oficinas de Canon.
- Tarde Especial: Al terminar las sesiones de oficina, nos trasladaremos directamente a visitar el majestuoso Canal de Panamá y realizaremos un recorrido por el histórico Casco Antiguo (si el clima lo permite).
- 06:30 PM: El bus iniciará el retorno al hotel. Nota: Si deseas quedarte disfrutando de la vida nocturna del Casco Antiguo o explorar más por tu cuenta, puedes hacerlo libremente (el regreso al hotel correría por tu cuenta).
DÍA 4: Viernes, 7 de Agosto – Retorno o Sesiones Especiales
- 6:30 AM - 09:30 AM: Horario disponible para desayuno.
- Traslado al Aeropuerto: Los buses de recogida comenzarán a operar en el hotel a partir de las 08:00 AM, coordinados de acuerdo con el itinerario de vuelo de cada participante.
- Sesiones One-to-One: El viernes 7 de agosto estará destinado exclusivamente para aquellos que deseen o hayan agendado sesiones individuales y personalizadas con el equipo de servicio de Canon. Si estás interesado, coordina tu espacio antes del evento.
Tips Rápidos:
- Mantente hidratado: El calor de Panamá exige tomar agua constantemente, especialmente durante el recorrido del Día 3.
- Puntualidad: Los buses saldrán exactamente a las horas indicadas para cumplir con la agenda.
- Cámara lista: El Casco Antiguo y el Canal ofrecen vistas espectaculares; ¡ve preparado para capturar los mejores momentos!
